Each session includes a full-body percussion massage and stretch. Electrotherapy, muscle scraping, and compression therapy are also included, depending on the treatment required.

First, we assess your pain points, stress levels, previous or current injuries, and any noticeable muscular dysfunctions.

From there, I'll develop a plan tailored to your body and individual needs. Every session will be slightly different to ensure you receive the most from the service.

You will receive exercises and stretches to do on your own, and once you feel pain-free, we will focus on the maintenance phase, constantly improving and ensuring no regression is happening.
